CP AWARDS 2008 ПЕРВАЯ НАЦИОНАЛЬНАЯ ПРЕМИЯ В ОБЛАСТИ НЕДВИЖИМОСТИ УКРАИНЫ

УЧАСТНИКИ
Первая национальная премия CP AWARDS 2008 будет присуждаться в различных номинациях по результатам деятельности за 2007 год. В конкурсе примут участие компании, работающие на рынке, и заявленные девелоперскими либо консалтинговыми компаниями объекты, введенные в эксплуатацию в 2007 году и первой четверти 2008, а также проекты, находящиеся на стадии строительства и получившие всю разрешительную документацию. Желающим принять участие в конкурсе необходимо заполнить регистрационную форму с указанием общих данных и номинации на сайте Премии, а также предоставленную организаторами расширенную заявку, которая поможет жюри оценить все преимущества проекта или компании.
В сегментах офисной и торговой недвижимости будут присуждаться премии в номинациях Проект Года и Объект Года, отмечаться лучшие объекты складского и гостиничного сегментов. Учитывая последние тенденции девелопмента, отдельно будет присуждаться премия в номинации Многофункциональные комплексы. Компетентное жюри отметит достижения компаний и в таких номинациях как Консультант Года, Девелопер Года, Генеральный подрядчик Года и Архитектурное бюро Года.

ЖЮРИ И АУДИТОР ПРЕМИИ
В состав жюри войдут представители консалтинговых и девелоперских компаний, которые в равной степени могут дать оценку проектам офисного, торгового, складского и гостиничного сегментов. Это специалисты, пользующиеся хорошей репутацией, проявившие себя как профессионалы непосредственно при реализации знаковых проектов недвижимости и обладающие достаточной компетенцией для оценки деятельности своих коллег.
Аудитором Премии является международная компания Ernst & Young, которая обеспечит объективность и непредвзятость при проведении конкурса и определении победителей.

ЭТАПЫ КОНКУРСА
На основе заполненных расширенных заявок членами жюри проводится отбор до трех номинантов в каждой категории. Согласно установленным критериям оценки участникам выставляются по 10-балльной шкале. Критерии оценивания в каждой номинации изначально заложены в формах расширенных заявок, по каждой из которых выводится средний балл. Проекты и участники, набравшие наибольшее количество баллов, становятся номинантами конкурса. После определения номинантов Премии проводится общее заседание членов жюри и руководства Оргкомитета Премии для оглашения кандидатов, а после совместного обсуждения – тайное голосование. Результаты голосования вскрываются, обрабатываются и утверждаются представителем компании Ernst & Young и председателем оргкомитета CP AWARDS.

ЦЕРЕМОНИЯ НАГРАЖДЕНИЯ И ГАЛА-УЖИН
Подведение итогов конкурса состоится на Церемонии награждения, которая, без сомнения, станет центральным светским мероприятием на рынке недвижимости Украины. Уникальность этого события состоит в его беспрецедентности для украинского рынка, составе участников и приглашенных, высоком уровне организации. На Церемонию и Гала-ужин будут приглашены участники конкурса, представители крупных международных компаний, инвесторы из Европы, России и других стран, которые уже присутствуют на украинском рынке либо проявляют к нему активный интерес. Во время роскошного Гала-ужина гости и участники церемонии смогут в неформальной обстановке познакомиться, обменяться информацией, наладить контакты с потенциальными партнерами и поздравить номинантов после официальной части.

FIRST UKRAINIAN COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE AWARD
The commercial real estate market of Ukraine becomes more and more competitive year by year and consequently this fact promotes the growth of projects' quality, professionalism of developers, transparency and public openness of the market. The institution of the AWARDS in the sphere of commercial real estate is the answer to the barest necessity of the market to define the best projects and companies who really are creating this market. The objective appraisal and the complete market analysis made by experts allow to recognize actually key projects and companies' achievements.

PARTICIPANTS
The first national prize CP AWARDS 2008 will be put up in different categories according to the results of 2007 activity. Companies active on the market and projects presented by the development or consulting companies commissioned in 2007 or first quarter of 2008 and with all permitting documentation can take part in the competition. To participate in CP AWARDS 2008 it is necessary to fill in the application form on AWARDS web-site where the general data and nomination should be indicated. It is also obligatory to fill in the detailed application form provided by the AWARDS initiators which will help the jury to evaluate all the advantages of the project or company.
In office and retail real estate segments the nominees are to be awarded in such categories as Development of the Year and Project of the Year, the best projects in industrial and hotel segments are to be recognized as well. Taking into consideration the last tendencies in the development the prize for the best Mixed-use complex will also be awarded. The expert jury will evaluate the achievements of companies in such categories as the Consultant of the Year, the Developer of the Year, the Main Contractor of the Year and the Architect Bureau of the Year.

JURY AND AUDITOR
The jury of the AWARDS will comprise the representatives of consulting and development companies who can equally can give an estimation of commercial real estate projects in office, retail, industrial and hotel segments. The juries are the representatives of companies that enjoy a good reputation, approved to be true professionals in the immediate significant projects development and have enough competence to evaluate their colleagues' activity.
The Auditor of the AWARDS is Ernst & Young, the international company that will guarantee the objectivity and impartiality during all stages of the competition and nominees designation.

CP AWARDS 2008 MAIN STAGES
On basis of filled in detailed applications forms the jury selects up to three nominees in each category. According to established criteria the jury allots the mark to each nominee in accordance with 10-points scale. The criteria in each category are primordially established in detailed application forms. The average points are derived for each application, and the projects and companies that received more points become the nominees of the AWARDS.
As the AWARDS nominees appointed the award panel is to be invited for the general meeting of the jury and the head of the AWARDS steering committee for the announcement of nominees. The secret vote is held after the joint discussion. The results of the vote are unsealed, then calculated and confirmed by representative of Ernst & Young Company and the head of CP AWARDS steering committee.

CP AWARDS CEREMONY AND GALA-PARTY
The wrap-up of the competition will take place on CP AWARDS Ceremony that without a doubt will become the central fashionable event on the Ukrainian real estate market. The exclusiveness of this event is in its unprecedentness for Ukrainian market, composition of participants and guests, and high level of organization. The participants of the competition, representatives of large international companies, investors from Europe, Russia and other countries who are already on the real estate market and those who are interested in Ukraine will be invited for the Ceremony and Gala-party. During the luxuries Gala-party the guests and participants of the Ceremony in informal atmosphere can meet each other, share information and bring in contacts with potential partners as well as congratulate the nominees after the official part of the CP AWARDS Ceremony.
